Turmeric Tea Recipe
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Tablespoon ghee
1 teaspoon turmeric (grated root or powder)
1. Put the water and coconut milk into the saucepan and heat for at least 2 minutes.
2. Combine the honey, ghee and turmeric powder, then heat for another 2 minutes.
3. Stir and serve in glasses.
