7 cups coconut water
½ cup lemon juice

Most over-the-counter antacids like Alka-Seltzer and Rolaids, contain some form of bicarbonate. But a more natural and cost-effective way to relieve occasional indigestion and heartburn is to use baking soda.

Directions:
1. Stir 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda into 1/2 cup of water.
2. Drink it an hour or two after meals.
