Raise the Roof (With Your Chin)
This exercise for redefining the jawline may be done whether standing or sitting, but make sure that your back is straight. Begin by tilting your head back as far as you can. Protrude your lower lip and chin as though you are attempting to touch the ceiling with them. Push your tongue against the roof of your mouth, and then slowly open your mouth widely until your tongue separates from the roof of your mouth. Slowly close your mouth until your chin and lower lip are back to pointing towards the ceiling. Try to perform everything 8 to 10 times.
Doing this particular exercise can help in toning the muscles of the jawline. Begin by closing your mouth and placing your lips together, but make sure that you do not purse them. Slightly stretch your jaw to one side, then drop it and take it to the other side of your face — just like forming the letter “U”. Do one more but this time taking your jaw to the other direction. That’s one rep. Do a couple of set with each one consisting of 8 to 10 reps. Just remember to keep your lips together throughout the routine for superb results.
Grin from Ear to Ear
In order to get started, clench your teeth. Now give the widest simile that you can and hold it for a couple of seconds. Release and relax your jaw and cheek muscles for a while. Repeat 9 times more. Try to do a couple of sets consisting of 10 reps each. By the way, make sure that you’re alone in the room when you do this particular exercise!
Pout Then Say “Ah”
This exercise helps in redefining your jawline as well as toning the muscles of your neck. To get started, pout like you have never pouted before. Ensure that you stick out your lower lip as far as possible. Afterwards, open your mouth widely and say “ah” — though you may skip saying it if you’re quite sure that you are within earshot of someone. Close your mouth and relax your lower lip. That’s one rep. Do 8 to 10 repetitions each time for a picture-perfect jawline.
