Among these workouts include P90X and Insanity which are both 30-minute, high intensity workouts that will really make you sweat a lot. There are other fitness programs that last for 15 to 20 minutes with the shortest lasting about 7 minutes.
  5. Instagram for Health. Thanks to the popular application, Instagram, and its users who keep posting healthy meals, many are turning to healthy living this year. Organic produce, though expensive, are becoming in demand as buyers become more aware of what goes in their processed choices. It seems that technology has helped others consider going the healthier route this time.

With the year nearing its end, health and wellness trends indicate that there is a major shift to staying fit and healthy this year and researchers predict that it will go on for quite a while especially when here are new workouts and diet plans that will come up over the years.
