Types of Honey for Facial Cleansing:

  • Manuka Honey
  • Raw Organic Honey

Facial Cleansing Benefits of Honey:

Raw organic honey and Manuka honey works well. Although, Manuka honey is considered to have more anti-bacterial and cleansing properties. Both either one works well for skin care and raw honey is much cheaper.

How to Use a Honey Face Wash

1. Wet your face using warm water.
2. Put a small amount of honey in your hands.
3. Rub your hands together.
4. Massage honey into your skin, using in a circular motion to get all the areas of the skin.
5. Leave for at least 5-10 minutes for deep pore cleansing.
6. Wash off with warm water.
7. Pat dry.

You can also try adding some vitamin C powder and some essential oils for extra acne fighting and anti-bacterial. You can try a few drops of lavender or frankincense oils.
