TURMERIC TEA RECIPE:
Yield: 1 cup
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 bag Dandelion root tea, roasted
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp minced ginger
Pinch of black pepper
Unsweetened almond milk, to taste
Raw honey, to taste
Instructions:
1. Brew a large cup of roasted dandelion root tea.
2. Stir in ginger, turmeric, ginger and black pepper.
3. Steep from 8-10 minutes.
4. Lighten with almond milk and honey, to taste.
