This syrup mixture is an effective way for reducing your excess stomach fat and helps get rid of the excess water from the body. It is more effective when combined with regular exercises and cardio activities.
Horseradish with Cinnamon Honey Syrup Recipe:
125 grams horseradish
3 Tbsp of honey
2 Tbsp cinnamon
2 cm fresh ginger
1. Put the ginger and horseradish in a blender. Blend them together, then add the lemon juice and blend again for 3 minutes.
2. Add the honey and cinnamon. Then blend until syrup is formed.
3. Place the mixture in a glass jar.
4. Take 1 teaspoon twice per day, before meals or prior to exercising.
Note: Take the mixture for 3 weeks, then take a 3 weeks break afterwards.
