Thyme Tea Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups Water (filtered)
1 Lemon slice
1 teaspoon dried Thyme leaves
1 teaspoon Honey

Directions:
1. Bring the water to a boil.
2. Turn down the heat into a simmer.
3. Add the dried thyme leaves.
4. Cover the pot.
5. Allow the mixture to steep for roughly 5 minutes.
6. Remove from heat, and allow to cool for at least 1-2 minutes.
7. Strain the tea into a cup.
8. Add the lemon slice and honey, if desired
9. Enjoy!
